If it is an unusual shape then please contact us so we can advise. How do I make a bespoke order?If you would like to commission a bespoke piece of jewellery, please contact your local store to make an appointment to discuss your ideas. We can give you a no obligation quote to design and make your item, and a timescale of how long it will take. Can you adjust my watch bracelet?Yes, we carry out watch alterations and repairs. Please pop into one of our stores for a no obligation quote. Do you change watch batteries?Yes, we can test the battery to make sure it is flat then change it for you whilst you wait. Do you buy gold?Yes we buy gold, platinum and silver. What are your delivery charges and how long does it take?We are currently offering free standard delivery within the UK and will aim to send your purchase out to you within 3 working days. Do you deliver outside of UK?At present we only deliver to the UK. What payments do you accept?We accept cash, all major cards (except America Express) and PayPal.
