Description Antique Victorian 14K Yellow Gold Mourning Locket Pendant The oval hinged, civil war era locket opens to reveal a lock of hair in a swirl design under a glass on one side, and a faded photograph of a person on the other. Front side of the locket is adorned with intricate black enamel engravings, on the back is hand-engraved French text “12 Octobre 1868”. Approx. dimensions (in): 1 1/2 x 7/8. Weight: 11.2 grams. Tested and guaranteed to be 14K.
